RETURN / EXCHANGES POLICY
We sincerely apologize for any issues that you have encountered with your order. While we make every attempt to get all orders correct and strive for the best possible experience; please understand that there are processes in place to help with any issues with your purchase. Please review the entire return policy to ensure that you understand what we can and cannot return or exchange.

Financed Items
- Authorized items financed thru Klarna or Affirm are required to be returned within 14 days. You must verify the current financing companies return period policy prior to ordering.
- All Financed Items are intended for Self-Install.
- Financing for shop installed items is available at our discretion, shall follow current shop installation terms, and be qualified to abide by the financing company terms. This is a no-exception policy due to contractual requirements by the payment provider.
- Items such as Custom Tunes, Dyno's or Shop Diagnostics are NOT eligible for financing as per the financing companies' policies. This is a no-exception policy due to contractual requirements by the payment provider.
- Custom made items such as engine builds or special made manufactured parts, are NOT eligible for financing. This is a no-exception policy due to contractual requirements by the payment provider that due to the nature of the item, does not comply with financing requirements.

Returns or Refunds will NOT be accepted for any of the following:
- Custom Tunes

Any custom-order or made-to-order items
A special note regarding made to order items. When possible, we will manufacture special parts that are not shown on our website or in our literature that is available for our customers. These parts are manufactured at current shop rates and material costs. Payment in full and in advance, is required before manufacturing begins. Once the manufacturing process has begun, to include material procurement or labor, NO refunds will be made in the event of cancellation. Refunds may only be made when there are issues beyond our control that prevents the manufacture of the part, and is solely at our discretion.
- Chips/Tuners, Diablo Sport or SCT products
- Wheel/Tire Packages,
- ANY Exhaust, Clutches, or Dyno tuned option kits
- Any non-defective items that have been used or installed on a vehicle
- Any electrical item sold by Blow-By Racing.
- Labor, installation, or shipping costs
- Installed or modified parts
- Unauthorized customer returns (returns without an Return Goods Authorization)

Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
- All refund/return/exchange/defect must be pre-authorized and have an authorization numbers that will be issued through our Sales and Administration department. To begin any of the processes such as a refund, return, exchange, or defect, you must use the contact us option on the website so that your request can be properly tracked. While we do make every attempt to communicate thru your preferred manner, all requests need to be initiated thru the contact us mechanism in order to obtain a Return Goods Authorization "RGA" number
A copy of your Original Sales Receipt is required to process this return. If you do not provide a copy of your Original Sales Receipt along with your RGA # your return will be denied and the package will be refused.
- All new parts are guaranteed by the manufacture only. In the event of a defect that is outside of our return policy but within the manufacturer’s warranty, the exchange will be handled directly with the manufacturer with the outcome of the claim being determined solely by the manufacturer.
Blow-By Racing will, as a courtesy, try to facilitate a thorough review of the claim for the customer, with the understanding that Blow-By Racing does not make any decisions on these issues i.e. approvals, denials, fees, etc.
- If you are not satisfied with a part and it HAS NOT BEEN USED, you may request and return it for a refund, within 14 days of part received by you. Prior to return and refund request, you must obtain a Return Goods Authorization "RGA" number. An RGA for refunds are valid for 30 calendar days from date of issue. If the product has not been received by Blow-By Racing within that authorized period, or if the package received by us does not contain a RGA number, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. If an item has free shipping and you are returning that item for a refund, the original shipping and processing cost incurred by Blow-By Racing will be deducted from the refund issued along with a 20% restocking fee.
Any non-defective product returned for refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any original shipping charges incurred by Blow-By Racing will be deducted from the refund issued. A "Damage & Recovery" fee will be deducted if the returned merchandise is not resalable (damage to product, product is incomplete, packaging is broken). Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless they receive the incorrect product.
If the part was installed or shows any likeness of installation your return will be denied and the package will be refused.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or a partial order then you must contact us within 72 hours of receiving the order. If the issue is not reported to our Sale or Administration Department within this time frame, we reserve the right to refuse the return. You are required to send any defective product for inspection.
If it has been determined that an order error is at the fault of Blow-By Racing, Blow-By Racing will reimburse for >>UPS or Fed/Ex ground service only << shipping fee only.
If it has been determined that the product is incorrect for your application, we will at that time credit the >>UPS or Fed/Ex ground service only << shipping cost.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS FROM SHIPPING: Blow-By Racing takes every precaution to ensure that your merchandise has been properly packaged and will arrive to you, new and intact; however shipping mishaps do occur that are beyond our control. Delivery of merchandise in good condition or lost items are the responsibility of the carrier and all claims of damage or shortage should be made with the carrier immediately. The title of merchandise passes to customer upon delivery from common carrier.
In the event of a damaged item due to shipping, please follow these steps once your package arrives:

Inspect your order completely, while the delivery driver is present.

If you should discover shipping damage, have the delivery driver note the damage. You will need to immediately contact the shipping provider to begin the claims process.

Please have your tracking number available BEFORE you call customer service.

Hold on to the merchandise, box and all packing materials until advised otherwise by the shipping providers’ customer service.

Please note, if you do not follow the shipping providers’ claims procedures, they may not honor your claim and the loss will become your sole responsibility.

Only the shipping provider can provide you with an estimate of refund. DO NOT contact Blow-By Racing for any refund estimates or claim initiation.

If however you do have issues navigating the claims process, please feel free to contact us. While we are unable to process, approve or expedite your claim, we may be able to assist with guidance on issues that may arise during the process.
- You have the option to exchange the item within 30 days after your return is received by our office. All returned parts must be in "like new" condition and require a RGA number.
- Returns will be processed within 10 business days ("business days" exclude weekends, holidays, and the day the package is delivered) of item receipt at our shop address. It is advised that when shipping that a signature request is made. Blow-By Racing will not be responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address or not accepted by an employee of Blow-By Racing.
- All products (including packaging) must be returned in new, resalable condition. If any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and /or manuals; any product not in "like new" condition, Blow-By Racing’s return procedure will be breached and may in its sole and absolute discretion reject the entire return or we may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component(s). The condition of the product will be determined at our discretion. Products sent back with damaged or missing packaging will be refused or returned to you at your expense.
CORES and Core Charge refunds
All core charges are refunded by Blow-By Racing when core is received and inspected by Blow-By Racing. Defective or non-repairable cores from customers are subject to replacement costs.
CREDIT PROCESSING FOR RETURNED ITEMS
ALL properly authorized and accepted returned items will be processed for credit on a weekly basis. Please note that your account may or will not be credited for 7-14 days AFTER the date the item was received by Blow-By Racing. If your credit does not appear on your account AFTER 14 days, please contact our sales staff.
REFUNDS ON SPECIAL ORDERS/CUSTOM PARTS
Whenever possible, we will manufacture special parts not shown in our literature available for our customers. These parts will be manufactured at current shop rates and material costs. Payment in full, in advance, is required before manufacturing begins. No refunds will be made in the event of cancellation.
WARRANTY
All merchandise Sold by Blow-By Racing is fully guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship by the respective manufacturers. Replacements or refunds will be limited to parts only and does not include shop labor of any type.
ALL RIGHTS RESERVED
Blow-By Racing reserves all rights to make changes in materials and specifications or to make product changes without incurring liability or obligation with respect to similar products previously manufactured.
We reserve the right to make changes to this policy at any time. It is agreed by the customer that purchasing any product or service by Blow-By Racing, is subject to this policy without exception.
